Light Dirt Work

Hourly Rate (Labor + Equipment): $125 per hour

Minimum: 2-hour minimum ($250)

Trip & Setup Fee (one time): $150

What’s Included (examples)

·  Using our tractors and implements to spread dirt/topsoil

·  Smooth uneven surfaces (smoothing and rough leveling)

·  Fill low spots and holes

·  Move dirt/material around the property

·  Light grading and reshaping

·  Back-dragging and cleanup passes

Dirt / Materials

Dirt is not included.

Customer may supply dirt/materials, or we can supply and deliver (quoted separately).

Notes & Conditions

·  This service is intended for smoothing and rough leveling only (not precision/finish grading).

·  Pricing assumes standard access and working conditions.

·  Rocky ground, tight access, wet/muddy conditions, or hidden debris may increase time required.

Example Pricing

3 hours of work:

3 hrs × $125 = $375

Trip & Setup = $150

Total = $525 (plus any dirt/materials if supplied)
