Pricing based on standard concrete conditions. Heavily stained or neglected surfaces may require additional treatment or multiple passes.

Light — x1.0 (dust, mild mildew, light traffic)

Moderate — x1.2 (algae, visible grime, tire marks)

Heavy — x1.4 (thick algae, embedded grime, deep discoloration)

Oil/Grease Spots — $25–$75

Rust Stains — $40–$100

Gum Clusters/Other — $25–$50

Paint or Adhesive Removal — Custom quote

Some stains may lighten significantly but not fully disappear due to concrete porosity and age.

Long hose run / limited access — $20–$50

Multiple setup locations — $25
